Rainbow Sunday xxx

Rainbows always remind me of my late Grandfather. I love those types of memories, the ones where you see something and instantaneously think of someone.  I think (i hope) i'll have that with rainbows for as long as i live....

Todays was bright and colorful, not particularly fitting to my mood which was a typical Sunday lazy one!  The weather's a bit all over the place and with a cold seemingly approaching me, i was totally in a 'thrown together' mood, which sometimes works and sometimes does not at all!! LOL....

 The Ponte Vasco da Gama was built for the Expo 98, the bridge stretches for 17 km, 12 km of that being over the Tejo estuary.

 I'm so happy i got to enjoy the brief visit of the rainbow, though our stay was short lived too as the heavens opened and the showers appeared again. But i left happy and with fond thoughts in my mind :)
